FREE Personal Safety Awareness session consisting of a basic self defence class (with an external male instructor) and local police officers available post class for attendees to raise any concerns about safety in the local area and for officers to provide crime prevention advice and support. To coincide with this year's Recycle Week (Monday 20 to Sunday 26 March), there is a free event at the Great Barn, Ruislip. Reduce. Reuse. Recycle. Repeat.
