Suspension of Drop-In Services: Our drop-in services at the Civic Centre will be suspended from 4th November 2024.
New Location: Our administrative office will now be located at Key House, 106 High Street, West Drayton, UB7 7BQ. This site will not support walk-ins, and all appointments must be pre-booked. Requests for support should be arranged through our Telephone Call Back and Telephone Advice Line Services.
