This is a permitted development application, so there are limited reasons for complaint. However, because Canada & Audit Houses have already had such permission and have further full plans applications pending to add yet further flats by the addition of extra floors, + 262-270 FER is aleady converted, ERA will put in an objection relating to parking and transport issues, this being one reason under which a complaint can be lodged.
